Huawei E3251 HiLink 3G USB Modem could support 42mbps download speed with DC-HSPA+ network. The advantage of this new UMTS modem is that it’s the latest USB modem from HUAWEI HiLink family. Hilink means just plug and play. Users connect the USB dongle to PC and the dongle would auto set up the parameter and configurations, and the Stick connects internet automatically.
